Man guilty of trespassing and possessing drugs, utensils

A ROUTINE vehicle stop for a random breath test netted more than just a breath sample for police.

Timmothy John Clubb pleaded guilty in the Hervey Bay Magistrates Court on Wednesday to trespassing, possessing dangerous drugs and possesing utensils.

On February 18, police found drugs in Clubb's car and on March 14 police located Clubb and a co-accused in a backyard.

Magistrate Graeme Tatnell sentenced Clubb to 80 hours' community service.
