Drink driving charges pressed for man three times limit

A MALE driver with a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit was intercepted by police in Maryborough on Sunday.

The 46-year-old man was found driving along Walker St at 12.40am with a BAC of 0.183.

Drink driving charges were pressed and his licence was suspended.

He will appear at the Maryborough Magistrate's court in the New Year.
