Maryborough’s pink day a major success

SATURDAY saw Maryborough BMX Club host a Pink October Female only Coaching Clinic.

This event is held each year to help to raise awareness and money for breast cancer.

BMXQ's Brendan Abel and Maryborough club coach Angela Browning were there to help coach the females riders who came to the event from Harbour City, Cooloola, Bundaberg and Maryborough.

Some of the club members' mums helped get into the pink theme with some Yummy food at the canteen.

The club will also be making a donation to the McGrath Foundation from their clubby Friday night.
