Mic goes flying as man protests to court house interview

IT'S not easy being a television news reporter - it's even tougher to be a microphone.

WIN News Sunshine Coast reporter Sam Cucchiara did not receive a warm welcome when he started questioning a man who was leaving Maroochydore Court House this morning.

After verbally indicating his reluctance to be interviewed, the man made his indications physical by knocking a microphone from Mr Cucchiara's hand to the ground.

The man then continued on his way, pausing to make his feelings known through further verbal suggestions and a hand gesture.
