Milestone moment from student to adult captured

WHETHER it is breaking news, a big event or a defining moment, the Fraser Coast Chronicle prides itself on being there when it matters and keeping the community informed.

We have and always will be there for our schools.

The leap from school student to adulthood is marked every year with the efforts of our photographers to capture the glitz and glamour of the region's high school formals.

While the fashions may have changed, best embodied by the once humble parent drop-off to the now Hummer delivered red car appearance, the spirit of those graduating remains the same.

Formals are an occasion when hundreds of graduating Year 12 pupils can break free of the uniform and dress to impress.

It is a major event and we have always made sure to be there at every school's defining night.
