Mobility scooter stolen in Pialba

A RED mobility scooter was stolen in Pialba yesterday.

A Hervey Bay police spokesman said the Lancaster scooter was stolen around 1.30pm, after the owner left it parked outside of some shops on Main St.

The unknown offender is believed to have pushed the scooter away with him, as the owner still held the keys.

The scooter is predominantly red in colour, along with some grey, and the spokesman asked anyone who sees it or has any other information on the theft to contact their local police station.
