Murder accused co-offenders named

THE men alleged to have also been involved in a murder which a Hervey Bay man is accused of committing have been named by Victorian police.

Local resident Michael Dobrovitch was charged with murder yesterday, after police investigations into the disappearence of a 30-year-old man in St Kilda, Victoria in December 2011.

Today, Victorian police released the names of two other men alleged to have also been involved in the murder.

Nathan Leigh Rosendale, a 29-year-old man from Echuca, was also charged with murder, while Matthew Barnett, a 44-year-old man from Oakleigh, was charged with accessory to murder.

Mr Dobrovitch was remanded into the custody of Detective Senior Constable Mark Berens at Hervey Bay Magistrates Court to transport back to Victoria yesterday.

He will have to face Melbourne Magistrates Court at 10am on Monday for the next chapter in the case.
