Nuisance rocked party

A 40-YEAR-OLD man who threw rocks on the roof of a Toogoom home has been fined $300 for being a public nuisance.

John Raymond Maller turned up uninvited to a birthday party on October 14.

When he was told to leave he yelled abuse at the partygoers and threw rocks on the roof.

Maller pleaded guilty in the Hervey Bay Magistrates Court and was fined by Magistrate Graeme Tatnell; a conviction was not recorded.
