Opt to adopt a best friend from the refuge

THE Maryborough and District Animal Refuge has dozens of pets available for purchase.

All animals are desexed and vaccinated, microchipped, registered (except cats) and up-to-date with flea and worm treatment.

The refuge is always looking for donations of food and finances and or sponsorship.

There are boarding facilities for cats and dogs at affordable rates.

One super special for Herald readers is 18-month-old Tina (right).

The female feline likes to be a bit of a loner so would suit a working family who just likes to have company when they come home.

Tina is very relaxed, toilet trained and not a fussy eater.

Cindy has the energy of a puppy and is very playful and loves to play fetch and water games.

Five-year-old cattle dog-cross border collie Cindy is also looking for a home.

She has the energy of a puppy, is playful and loves to play fetch and water games.

Cindy is well mannered but not suited with other dogs.

She will cost $100 and Cindy is $200.

For more information visit 765 Kent St, behind the Maryborough Cemetery, or visit Maryborough Animal Refuge on Facebook, their website or phone 4123 1712.
