The specialist dive squad from Brisbane is scouring West Creek for a personal item belonging to Mrs Qualischefski, 69.

"The divers are trying to retrieve a personal item belonging to the deceased person," Det. Insp. Isherwood said.

However, he would not confirm what item was being searched for.

Detectives last week said Mrs Qualischefski's death was not being treated as suspicious, but are preparing a report for the coroner.
