Quirky crafts in M'boro

MARYBOROUGH'S City Hall was filled to the brim with craft creations and kooky designs yesterday, for the first day of the 2012 Heritage Craftfest.

Stall-holders from across Queensland travelled to the Fraser Coast for the annual event, which showcases hand-made works of all shapes and sizes from a wide range of different crafts.

Knitted ghosts, chocolate toothbrushes, kangaroo leather wallets, colourful floral bouquets and even golliwog dolls were up for grabs at the craftfest.

The Maryborough Heritage Craftfest is open at City Hall today and tomorrow, from 9am to 4pm.
