Real estate legend gives seminar on the Fraser Coast

REAL estate agents across the Fraser Coast have been treated to a valuable information seminar with industry legend Peter Ford in conjunction with the Chronicle.

He ran one of four sessions which were designed to give loyal Domain agents an edge over their opponents.

Mr Ford, who has more than 20 years experience in real estate, said the event was essential in improving the practices of real estate agents.

"The feedback we got was that everyone got a lot out of it including some things they can implement," he said.

Mr Ford said knowledge was a valuable tool, especially in the difficult Fraser Coast property market.

"The market is tough but fair, those that are working hard at it are getting results and those that aren't wish it was a bit better."

VIP Realty principal Alan Wetton participated in the session and said it provided him with valuable knowledge to implement at work.

"It was very interesting, the effort by Peter really came across and really kept the audience involved, I didn't see anyone falling asleep," he said.
