School goes into lock-down after threat

A MARYBOROUGH school was in lock down after reports of a threat. 

Maryborough police was called to Aldridge State High School on Tuesday afternoon. 

When police arrived investigations revealed there was no serious threat at the school.  

The school was only in lock down for about 15 minutes as a precaution. 

A police media spokeswoman said inquiries were continuing.
