UPDATE: Shed fire now under control at Pioneers Rest

UPDATE: Fire crews have a fire under control after a shed caught alight in Mungar Rd at Pioneers Rest.

A spokeswoman for the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service said the fire in the small tin shed had started about 10.35am on Friday and was brought under control about 11.20am.

She said two of the firefighters fought the blaze while wearing breathing apparatus.

An ambulance was stationed at the scene just in case, but there had been no injuries, a spokeswoman from the Queensland Ambulance Service said.

EARLIER: A shed is on fire in Munagr Rd in Pioneers Rest.

Fire crews, including two urban fire trucks and one rural vehicle, are currently headed to the scene.

A spokeswoman from the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service media team said the fire started about 10.35am on Friday.
