Taxi basher back in court on unrelated stealing charge

JAILED Hervey Bay taxi basher Nathan Levy has again faced court, this time charged with an unrelated stealing offence.

The 19-year-old, who was arrested this week after the Court of Appeal ordered he serve time for the grievous bodily harm of taxi driver Charles Naja, will remain in jail for the next four months.

He was due to appear in court again via video link on October 14.
