Teen facing 40 steal charges at Bay businesses

A TEENAGER accused of taking part in a large number of break-ins to businesses in Hervey Bay has been mentioned in court.

The 18-year-old has been charged with more than 40 stealing offences related to break-ins that occurred between January and February.

In court yesterday, police prosecutor Donna Sperling asked for a further adjournment.

The matter will be mentioned again on March 23.
