Temps drop 6 degrees on Fraser Coast, but don't be fooled
THERE has been a cool change on the Fraser Coast with temperatures nearly six degrees cooler than Wednesday.
At 7am on Thursday the Bureau of Meteorology recorded 16.7 degrees for Hervey Bay and a degree cooler with 15.5 in Maryborough.
On Wednesday morning temps were up in the 20s with 22.2 degrees in Hervey Bay and 21.1 degrees in Maryborough.
But don't be fooled.
Top temperatures are expected to reach a warm 28 degrees in the Bay and slightly higher in the Heritage City.
A sunny day is forecast for the region.
