Tent and construction theft among crime on Coast

Between 10 and 11.55pm on October 15 unknown offenders have entered a house in Woodstock St by breaking the barrel bolt lock at the top of the back door. Once inside they have taken a Samsung mobile phone charger.

Between 5.30 and 6.10am on October 16 unknown offenders have found a car key in a towel while the victim was swimming and have gone to the victim's car on Charlton Esplanade and opened it with the key before stealing property from inside.

Steal from tent

Between midnight on October 15 and 6.30am on October 16 unknown offenders have entered the tent on Charlton Esplanade and have stolen some fishing gear from inside.

Between 6pm on October 15 and 6am on October 16 unknown offenders have entered the building in Margaret St, which is currently under construction, and have stolen some copper wire and piping.

Between 9.50 and 10am on October 16 unknown offenders have tried to enter the lower level of the house on Adelaide Ln, however they were disturbed by the victims and so the offenders then left the area.

Steal from vehicle

Between 5pm on October 14 and 7am on October 16 unknown offenders have entered the locked cupboards on the rear tray of the utility parked on the Esplanade and have stolen property from the cupboards.

Between 2 and 3pm on October 15 unknown offenders have used an unknown implement and have scratched some of the panels on the vehicle at Station Square Shopping Centre.

Between 6.40am on October 15 and 6am on October 16 unknown offenders have kicked the front door of the unit in Albert St numerous times causing damage to the door, however it is unknown if any entry has been gained.

Between 12.05am and 12.30am on October 14 a male offender has thrown a number of rocks at the window of the unit on Truro St, causing one to smash.

Between 2 and 5pm on October 17 unknown offenders have stolen the rear number plate from the motorbike, parked near a house in Hartley St - Qld rego 227LV

At about 11.30am on October 18 a male person has removed a number of timber fence panels from the victim's fence on Roseneath St.

Between 11am on October 18 and 6am on October 19 unknown offenders have gained entry to the building construction site on Margaret St and have stolen a large quantity of electrical cable from inside the building.

Between 6pm on October 18 and 7.30am on October 19 unknown offenders have gone to the home on Sandpiper St and have stolen from the open dinghy boat a Delcore Battery worth $120, black and yellow buckets worth $10 each, and a cast net worth $100.

Between October 18 and October 20 unknown offenders have gone to the home in Ferris Ave, have cut fuel lines and cables and have stolen a 15hp engine from a boat in the yard.
