Suburbs worst hit by crime on Fraser Coast in past week

Between 7pm on March 23 and 6am on March 24, unknown offenders have entered a patio area of the property and have stolen a fishing rod and reel. The victim was asleep inside the home when it happened.

BETWEEN January 6 and March 14, offenders have stolen furniture and tools from a rental property.

 

Maryborough

Break and enter

Between 11am on March 12 and 10am on March 17, unknown offenders have entered a building through a damaged window.

No property has been stolen. The lock to the building's front doors was damaged during the incident.

Break and enter

Between 12pm on March 14 and 5pm on March 22, unknown offenders have entered the home through a broken window. No property was reported stolen during the offence times as the property was vacant at the time.

Between 10am on March 23 and 8am on March 24, unknown offenders have gone to a business parking area and removed both front and rear number plates from a white van which is owned by the business.

On March 24 at about 3.25pm, an offender has approached the victim's vehicle which was parked outside a business.

The offender has abused the victim through the driver's side window.

The offender has hit the vehicle as he walked away from the victim's car, causing a dent and scratches to the car's rear panel.

Between February 1 and March 24, unknown offenders have entered a home on a number of occasions through an open window. The unknown offenders have caused damage to the flyscreen during the offence times.

No property has been reported stolen.

Between March 1 and March 25, unknown offenders have approached a Toyota Hilux which was parked.

Unknown offenders have stolen the rear number plate from the car.

Between 4pm on March 25 and 8.45am on March 26, unknown offenders have entered a vehicle parked near a campsite and stolen a number of wallets containing victims personal cards and cash.

Between 9.30 pm on March 24 and 2pm on March 25, unknown offenders have entered the residence through an unlocked door.

The unknown offenders have stolen a quantity of Easter eggs, alcohol and general food items from the fridge and freezer.

The victim was asleep at the residence at the time of the offence.

 

Maryborough

Steal from a vehicle

Between 6.30pm and 8.30pm on March 26, unknown offenders have approached a Ford Ranger which was driven and parked at numerous locations throughout Maryborough.

At some point during the trip around town, the unknown offenders have stolen the front number plate from the vehicle.

 

Torquay

Wilful damage

Between 7pm and 8pm on March 26, unknown offenders have driven past the offence location and have thrown eggs the at the victim's vehicle which was parked outside a house.

This has caused minor damage to the vehicle's panel.

Between 11.30pm on March 27 and 9.45am on March 28, unknown offenders attempted to open a shed door and have damaged it.

No property was stolen.
