Torquay

STEALING

Between 11.30am and 12.15pm on April 20, several people had their bags stolen from Torquay beach while they were out for a swim. The bags contained car keys, mobile phones and personal property.

 

Urangan

WILFUL DAMAGE

Unknown offenders scratched the back passenger panel of a vehicle, which was parked at Boat Harbour Dr, Urangan, between 7.30pm on April 19 and 9am on April 20.

 

Teddington

STEAL FROM VEHICLE

Between April 8 and April 12, unknown offenders entered a rural property on Seven Mile Rd, Teddington and stole a two-way radio from the inside of a tractor. They also damaged the fuel lock. The tractor was unsecured at the time of the offence.

Maryborough

GRAFFITI

Between 6.30 and 8am on April 17, unknown offenders used thick black paint to spray graffiti on the wall of a toilet block at a park on Cheapside St, Maryborough.

 

Torquay

WILFUL DAMAGE

About 7am on April 21, an offender kicked in a quantity of panels of a vehicle parked at Urangan St, Torquay causing damage to the vehicle. The owner was at home at the time of the offence.

Granville

ENTER WITH INTENT

Fuel and tools were stolen from a shed on a rural property on Walkers Point Rd, Granville, between 6.30 and 6.50pm on April 20.

BREAK AND ENTER

A home on Charlton Esp, Torquay was broken into in a sneak offence between 11.30pm on April 19 and midnight on April 20. The victim noticed his cigarette packet and house keys were missing, and other items of property had been moved.

BREAK AND ENTER

Between 5.15 and 8.50pm on April 20, unknown offenders gained entry to a home on Torquay Tce, Torquay by removing the kitchen window screen and jimmying open the glass window. The thieves rifled through the house and stole a large quantity of model cars, a laptop, mobile phone, alcohol, DVDs, medication and jewellery.

 

Scarness

BREAK AND ENTER

Between 10pm on April 23 and midnight on April 24, an offender broke into a business on Charlton Esp, Scarness by prying open the locked and secure roller door. The offender stole baseball hats, ice-cream and soft drinks.

 

Torquay

BURGLARY

Between 5 and 5.15am on April 26, a sneaky thief entered through the front door of a caravan annexe and then into a caravan at Truro St, Torquay, where they stole a purse. They then sneaked into the cabin next door, opened the glass slider and removed a purse. Both doors were left unlocked and the occupants were home at the time.

Urangan

STEAL FROM VEHICLE

Between 1 and 2am on April 21 an offender entered the unlocked vehicle at Miller St, Urangan, and stole a purse containing cards and cash. There was no damage done to the vehicle at the time of the offence.

 

Torquay

STOLEN VEHICLE

A rusty camper trailer with flat tyres was stolen from the shed car park area at Tavistock St, Torquay. The camper trailer was taken between April 19 and April 23.

 

Maryborough

STEALING

Between 7 and 7pm on April 25 an unknown offender entered a home on Lennox St, Maryborough and stole a bicycle from underneath a set of steps at the residence. The victim was not at home at the time of the incident.
