Where: Hervey Bay Softball grounds.

What: Four hours of Hervey Bay Softball, featuring junior TBall and the under-17s.

When: From 8am Saturday

Where: Maryborough Softball grounds.

What: Maryborough Softball's first round is underway. Junior march past at 9.40am is a highlight.

FISHING

When: Saturday, Light winds early on increasing to 15knots in the afternoon

Where: The Sandy Strait

What: Northerly winds mean smaller boats will find the Sandy Strait a bit rough. Check out the creeks and rivers.

 

When: Sunday morning, Light winds will continue throughout the day.

Where: Throughout the Strait.

What: With fish on the bite and light winds, get out into the bay on Sunday and you won't be disappointed.
