Ahead of Anzac Day on April 25, the students gave a special performance honouring spirit of the solders that served in Gallipoli.

Poems that the students had written about their sacrifice were read out during the ceremony.

Wreaths were laid by the students and by councillors Anne Maddern and James Hansen.

The bag pipes were played and a student sounded the Last Post before a minute of silence was held to reflect on the service of those who came home and those who didn't.
