Tsutsui has a chance to win first game

LEAGUE: Kenshin Tsutsui has endured a tough opening to his Rugby League Emerging Nations World Championship campaign in western Sydney.

Tsutsui, who played for Maryborough Brothers in the Bundaberg Rugby League, started at halfback for Japan's three games to date.

The Samurai was crushed in its first two games, smashed 60-0 by Turkey before a 58-6 drubbing at the hands of Poland on Sunday.

Japan, which included Townsville Blackhawks lock Enemarki Shibasaki, showed strong form in the first of two Bowls Finals on Tuesday night, but were beaten 22-14 by Solomon Islands.

Japan will play Hong Kong in its final game at Windsor Sport Complex tonight. Go to rlenwc.com for the live stream.
