Police charge man, 25, after he allegedly did burnouts

POLICE have charged a 25-year-old after he allegedly performed burnouts in a service station driveway.

Officers were called to Caltex on Chapel Rd in Nikenbah about 3.30pm on Friday after reports of burnouts.

Police identified the man's number plate using security footage from the service station.

The man will appear in court charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

Another man will also face court after a single-vehicle crash on Oakmont Place in Wondunna about 9pm on Saturday.

He was charged with failing to have proper control of his vehicle.
