Dropping children to school costs unlicensed driver $750

DRIVING to drop his children off at school has cost Anthony Peter Burgess $750 in Hervey Bay Magistrates Court.

Burgess pleaded guilty to being a repeat offender for unlicensed driving.

The court heard he was intercepted on April 17 in Torquay when driving his children to school.

He was disqualified for six months besides the $750 fine.
