Up to $1,500 available for 2016 Australia Day events

COMMUNITY groups who are planning to host a 2016 Australia Day celebration are offered financial assistance.

The Fraser Coast Regional Council said up to $1,500 is available for community focused events which celebrate the day.

Business operators, community groups and incorporated associations are invited to apply.

Applications close on Friday, 27 November 2015.
