WATCH: Shoppers pick up a bargain at Clothes Swap 4 Charity
LADIES dressed to impress and dug deep from their pockets at the annual Clothes Swap 4 Charity on the weekend picking up a bargain for a good cause.
It was a shopping extravaganza at the Brolga Theatre with loads of donated outfits, shoes and bags on show in a walk-in wardrobe style set up.
Organiser Chelsea Dolfin-Bicanic, who worked tirelessly to get the rocking event happening, said the initial count was $6000 raised to re-build a school in earthquake ravaged Nepal.
This year's event, which helped promote local businesses, was all about empowering women to feel comfortable just the way they are.
A guest speaker from the Sunshine Coast, Mandy Hargreaves inspired women while teaching clothes swappers a thing or two about dressing beautifully and feeling confident in their own skin.
There was a live auction and women let their hair down and danced the night away.
