BOM cancels warning but wild winds still hit Fraser Coast

A MARINE wind warning for Hervey Bay has been cancelled by the Bureau of Meteorology.

South-easterly winds up to 25 knots are expected in Hervey Bay on Thursday and Friday.

Sea levels today are expected to increase from 1 to 1.5m in the morning, to 2m around midday, with a 20% chance of a shower.
