Woman in court on murder charge
ALL three suspects in the murder of missing Maryborough man Noel Allan Clark have now been formally charged by a magistrate.
Yesterday Maryborough woman Dianna Gay Wright, 30, appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court where she was charged with murder and interfering with a corpse.
Wright was arrested in New South Wales last week and extradited to Queensland on Monday.
She and two men are accused of murdering 33-year-old Mr Clark (pictured) who was last seen on Maryborough’s Ellena Street on May 25.
Graeme Kenneth Wright, 41, of no relation to Dianna Wright, was arrested in Warwick last Thursday and appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court the next day.
Byron Naylor, 30, was arrested at the weekend and appeared in the Gympie Magistrates Court on Monday.
Naylor was a resident of the small township of Aramara, halfway between Maryborough and Biggenden.
Naylor will front court again on December 14 while Dianna Wright and Graeme Wright will reappear on January 18.
Meanwhile, the search for Mr Clark’s body continued yesterday.
Police are searching the Wide Bay region where investigators believe Mr Clark met his death.
Mr Clark was not reported missing until two months after he was allegedly murdered.
