Cop kicked in the side of the head while making an arrest

A WOMAN kicked a police to the side of the face during an arrest.

Police were called to Drummond St in Urangan after a woman was reported for public nuisance.

The 38-year-old is expected to face court on September 15 for assaulting a police officer. 

There was also a drink driver caught on the same street about 9pm Tuesday.

The 37-year-old man was driving an unlicensed commodore when he was pulled over at an RBT.

He blew a blood alcohol reading of 0.134.
