YOUR STORY: Chelsea celebrates after a win in her dream job

Being able to style a wedding for my clients is something I love doing.

To create a beautiful ceremony on our Hervey Bay beaches or in the local parks and gardens is an amazing feeling.

To have extensive training and support, along with continual backing of the Head Office in Brisbane, enables me to draw from their years of experience in the industry and makes it possible for me to provide award winning client service and products here locally.

I have had so much support from other wedding vendors in the region, it's great to see that we can all work together on creating an active wedding hub on the Fraser Coast.

In the lead up to the ABIA Awards on the 14th of March 2016, our team of eleven Beautiful Weddings franchisees gathered for an intensive two days of training at our Franchise Conference in Surfers Paradise.

Co-owners Nicole Ritchie and Justine Douglas employed experienced keynote speakers mentoring us on business growth, administration, current trends and wedding styling.

This is an essential part of small business, to continue to learn and develop new systems which is such a positive to be part of.

To then finish off a great two days with the National Awards Gala Dinner and a win was the icing on the cake.

It seems a $1500 fine was not enough to teach him a lesson.
